Michela and Julianna Miracco founded the first inclusivity running race at Sage Creek High School in 2023, which not only celebrated their differences but also brought their community together in a meaningful way. Through this initiative, they learned and helped to spread the importance of modeling healthy eating habits, fostered inclusiveness, and promoted strong moral character amongst students of all capabilities.

As a runner who has watched his friends, team, and competitors be transformed by the grit, strength, and mental fortitude required in running, I seek to bring the freedom of this sport to everyone. Every student and athlete deserves the chance to push their limits out on the race course and become a champion.

This year we continue the Beyond Limits race inspired by our founders and motivated to make every year bigger and better than the last. We are driven by our passion of promoting diversity and inclusion within every school community- starting with our own!
